Services may include:

• Missed-call text-back systems
• Review request systems
• Appointment booking systems
• SMS and email automations
• Brand and digital strategy
• Consulting
• Maintenance and support
• Custom digital projects

Specific services, pricing, timelines, and deliverables may vary based on the offer, proposal, agreement, or package selected.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the site to commit fraud
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to access systems without permission
• Copy, scrape, or steal website content
• Interfere with the site’s performance
• Use the site in a way that harms Call Raza or others

We may block access to the site if we believe someone is abusing it.

3. Service Inquiries and Walkthrough Calls

Submitting a form or booking a call does not guarantee that Call Raza will accept your project.

Call Raza may decline a project if it is not a good fit, outside the scope of available services, conflicts with current workload, or violates our values or policies.

Walkthrough calls are used to understand your needs and recommend the best next step.

4. Pricing and Payments

Pricing may be shown on the website, discussed during a call, or listed in a proposal.

Some services may require:

• A setup fee
• A monthly subscription
• A one-time project payment
• A deposit
• A custom quote

Payment terms will be explained before work begins.

If a payment fails, is late, or is disputed, Call Raza may pause work, restrict access, or suspend service until the account is current.

5. Subscriptions and Monthly Services

Some Call Raza services may be billed monthly.

Monthly services may include website hosting, CRM access, automation tools, smart website features, maintenance, support, updates, or other recurring services.

Unless stated otherwise, monthly subscriptions continue until canceled.

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund previous payments.

If you cancel a monthly service, some features may stop working. This may include forms, automations, calendars, CRM access, text messaging, hosting, smart site features, analytics, or support.

6. Free Website or Promotional Offers

Call Raza may offer a free or discounted website build as part of a paid monthly service.

A free or discounted build does not mean all future work is free.

Custom design, extra pages, advanced features, integrations, copywriting, branding, content creation, or major revisions may cost more.

The exact scope will be explained before work begins.

7. Custom Projects

Custom projects may require a separate proposal, invoice, contract, or written agreement.

Custom work may include:

• Larger websites
• Advanced automations
• Custom CRM builds
• Branding systems
• Content strategy
• Creative campaigns
• Integrations
• Consulting retainers

Timelines depend on client communication, content delivery, approvals, revisions, and project complexity.

Delays in feedback, missing content, or changes in scope may delay the project.

8. Client Responsibilities

To complete your project, you may need to provide:

• Business information
• Logo files
• Brand assets
• Photos or videos
• Website copy
• Service details
• Contact information
• Platform access
• Domain access
• Payment information
• Feedback and approvals

You are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate, legal, and yours to use.

Call Raza is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, late feedback, platform access issues, or third-party problems outside our control.

9. Revisions and Scope

Each service may include a specific number of revisions or updates.

A revision means a reasonable change to work already created.

A revision does not include a full rebuild, new direction, new offer, new page structure, new brand identity, or extra features outside the original scope.

Additional work may require additional payment.

10. Third-Party Tools

Call Raza may use third-party platforms to provide services.

These may include website builders, CRM tools, SMS providers, email platforms, calendar tools, payment processors, analytics tools, hosting providers, AI tools, and domain providers.

Call Raza is not responsible for third-party outages, price changes, policy changes, bugs, account suspensions, or service limitations.

You may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party platforms.

11. SMS, Email, and Automation Features

Some services may include SMS, email, or automated follow-up features.

You are responsible for using these tools legally and ethically.

You agree not to use Call Raza systems to send spam, misleading messages, illegal promotions, harassment, or messages to people who did not consent to be contacted.

Call Raza may suspend or disable messaging features if they are abused or if use violates platform rules, carrier rules, or applicable laws.

Recipients may opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

12. Domains and Hosting

Depending on the service, Call Raza may help with domain setup, hosting, website publishing, or DNS settings.

If Call Raza manages a domain or website on your behalf, the terms may vary based on your package.

If your subscription ends, access to hosting, support, backend tools, automations, smart features, forms, or domain support may be paused or removed.

Domain transfers, ownership, and access will be handled based on the specific service agreement or written terms provided for that project.

13. Intellectual Property

Call Raza owns its own website content, designs, systems, templates, frameworks, processes, copy, training materials, strategy documents, and original creative work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You own the original materials you provide, such as your logo, photos, written content, business information, and brand assets.

After full payment is received, you may use final approved deliverables for your business.

Call Raza may reuse general ideas, systems, layouts, workflows, templates, and processes that are not unique to your brand.

14. Portfolio Use

Unless you request otherwise in writing, Call Raza may display completed work, screenshots, results, testimonials, or project summaries in its portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials, or case studies.

Call Raza will not intentionally share private login details, confidential business information, or sensitive client data.

15. No Guaranteed Results

Call Raza works to provide useful strategy, strong design, better systems, and clearer digital presence.

However, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, leads, rankings, sales, bookings, followers, reviews, or business growth.

Your results depend on many factors, including your offer, market, pricing, follow-up, reputation, traffic, sales process, consistency, and customer experience.

16. Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed unless stated in a specific offer, agreement, or written policy.

Payments for completed work, setup fees, consulting, strategy, custom projects, and active monthly services are generally non-refundable.

If there is a billing issue, contact Call Raza so we can review it.

17. Cancellations

You may cancel a monthly service by contacting Call Raza.

Cancellation requests should be sent before your next billing date.

Once cancellation is processed, future billing will stop unless another agreement is in place.

Canceling may remove access to tools, smart features, support, hosting, CRM access, automations, forms, calendars, or other connected services.

18. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat private business information with care.

Call Raza will not intentionally share your confidential information without permission unless required by law, needed to provide services, or necessary to protect legal rights.

You agree not to share private Call Raza systems, templates, processes, strategy documents, or client materials without permission.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Call Raza is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost leads, business interruption, platform outages, third-party issues, or missed opportunities.

Call Raza’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service related to that claim.

20. Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold Call Raza harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses related to:

• Content you provide
• Your use of the services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of laws or third-party rights
• Your misuse of SMS, email, CRM, or automation tools
• False, misleading, or illegal business claims made through your project

21. Changes to Services or Terms

Call Raza may update services, pricing, features, policies, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

When these terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date will change.

Your continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated terms.

22. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, unless another written agreement says otherwise.
